Shipping Policy

At the time of check-out, shipping costs will be calculated based on the total weight of your order, and according to the price ranges from our shipper. We also obtain insurance on all packages to ensure their safe arrival. A tracking number will be provided once we ship your items. Shipping times can vary from approximatey 2 weeks, depending on the items purchased and method of shipping. During peak times of year please allow extra time. 

A tracking number will be provided once we ship your items. We make every effort to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. But unfortunately sometimes there can be a delay caused by the carrier used to deliver products.


Customs, Duty, Taxes

Customs charges, import duty and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. In many cases Religious Items are exempt, especially where the shipping destination is a church or other religious organization. However if any additional charges for customs, import duty or taxes apply they will be the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery.


Cancellation Policy

All of our hand-carved wood statues are custom made to order. Once work begins on your statue there is NO cancellation of your order that is possible. During the process of making your statue, we will send photos of the Statue after the carving is completed for your approval and also after the painting is completed before we ship it to you, to make sure that you are satisfied with the end product.


Return Policy

Fatima Online Shop ensures that items are as shown and described on our site. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping, applicable taxes / duties, and a 20% restocking fee). Refunds will only be issued for items returned within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in original packaging and in mint condition, as new. This does not apply to custom wood-carved statues.

There are no refunds on custom orders, as they are made specifically to a client's needs. During the process of making custom items photos are sent to the client for approval before shipping.

Unless specifically requested and authorized by us, refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment was received.


Backorder Policy

We understand that you would like to receive your order as quickly as possible. But sometimes an item that is particularly popular, or during peak periods an item can be sold out faster than we receive more items. We apologize, in advance, for any delays if this does occur. We will notify you of any back order situations, so you may change your order or choose to wait. We appreciate your patience.


Damaged Goods Policy

We take every precaution to carefully pack your items for shipping, insure them and deliver them with guaranteed safe arrival. However if they do arrive with any damage what so ever we will be glad to replace your item free of charge, or accept return of the item with refund (excluding shipping and applicable taxes / duties).
